I ordered a dress from this company and once it arrived I realized that it was incredibly cheaply made, the wrong color, and see through. The website states that they have a return policy as long as you pay the return shipping. I was willing to to pay the return shipping and contacted their customer service department via email. They said that they couldn’t initiate the return because it wouldn’t be worth it, claiming that the return shipping would cost $30-35 so they wouldn’t process it for me but would just let me give the dress away and refund me $5. I told them that it was unacceptable and that the shipping to receive the dress was only $7.99 so there was no way that it would cost $30 to ship back. I requested them to process the return and refund again and they responded with the exact same email they had previously sent. There is no way that this is a legitimate business and their “policy” is merely written to lure customers into a false sense of security. I don’t want the dress and don’t need it and would have appreciated then fulfilling on their promises but due to their dishonesty I am submitting this report.

I ordered an article of clothing from this company. I checked first and verified their return policy first before I ordered anything. The piece of clothing the sent me was not only small enough to fit a doll it was horribly cheap fabric and just terrible stitching and not anything like the article of clothing pictured in the ad. I messaged customer service and said I would like a refund. They wanted me to send pictures with measurements or "tiles" to verify it was smaller than I said. I refused to do this. I said "your website offers refunds, no questions asked. Please begin that process." I haven't had a response yet. Seven unanswered emails. I've gone on their fb and ig and nothing.
