I saw an ad on the tv like 3 or 4 times a night for Cue Vapor on the cable channel and they give a phone number to call for a cigarette alternative 800-563-6225. I called the number for the first time two weeks ago 10/22/17 around 1a.m. and it was a recording that said something about vacations, and then I just hung up. So I called back again within five minutes and I still got the vacation message. The promotion they have on tv last 20 minutes or half hour. It is also on the cable menu it says Cue. I called again this morning, I got an automated voice saying are you over 50 and it said punch 1 for yes or 2 or no, I punched 1 and then I got this message for an alert system for older people who have fallen, and then I hung up. So then I called again I got this Cue person I asked her I am interested in ordering this cigarette alternative and she said let me get you to customer service, I asked for the address, she said I am not allowed to give you the address, let me get you to customer service, and I said I think this is a scam and I asked her if she had heard about vacation message using their number for senior alert system, she said no and let me get you to customer service so that they can tell you about Cue and you can order and you can get back with me, and then I will let you speak with someone in upper management. So then I talked to customer service I said can you tell me where you are located she said Cincinnati, OH, I said really I know all about Cincinnati, OH, I said where, and she said we are not allowed to give out the address. I thought that was strange. I said are you in the city, and she said yes. And I said, I am going to call the ScamPulse.com in Cincinnati because I am familiar with Cincinnati, and she said must place your order first while I have you on the phone. She was trying to be nice, but I said I don't think so. And then I said goodbye. Both of girls had an accent.
