I placed an order for some tea herbs with my apple cc. I emailed them asking a question if I could reach them with that email address, WC, Jr responded back saying, “Yes, I’d be happy to help.” When I asked him the question about what kind of herb this was, because it didn’t look like what I wanted, he would not answer my emails. So I called the number they had on the website, no response. Then I emailed them again telling them that I didn’t want the product and NOT to charge my CC. They never sent me anything, never responded and did charge my CC. These people are not good people to deal with.
