I received call stating I had been pre approved for a personal loan I applied for and he was calling to follow up. Stated that my credit profile was good and would I like to proceed with funds being deposited the next day. I verified the personal information he read back to me and was sent consent to proceed and include my banking information. He then said because of the amount they would need collateral and I had three options before the funds were released. 1. Co-signer 2. Clear car title 3. Wire three of the monthly payments and that would be used for collateral and those three payments would be deducted from the loan term. I Didn’t have a co-signer or car title so I wired the money three payments equaling 1140. Next morning 12-5-2023 I receive call from there office the lady introduced herself as loan dispersement and said after further review they would need another three payments I immediately ask for Kevin Miller supervisor who I had been talking too and he apologized and said don’t send any more money we are releasing your loan within two hours. Needless to say but I never received my loan and all phone calls and texts and emails have been ignored since then. Looking back I should have known and recognized the red flags all I can say is when your six decades old and your in a situation you have never been in before and your desperate you tend to let your guard down and you want to trust people. I’ve filed reports with several government agencies and now this one I pray that my post will prevent this company from hurting anyone else.
