I paid for and was scheduled for a trip to Morocco with Culture Rich LLC. The original trip was scheduled for May 2020 however, due to COVID the trip was rescheduled for March 2021. Less than 30 days before the trip was to take place Culture Rich notified all travelers that all 2021 trips have been canceled due to their concerns with COVID. They gave travelers the choice between being fully refunded or rescheduled. I elected to be refunded and was asked to give 6-8 weeks for processing. Eleven months later and after several emails, text messages and phone calls I have still not received my refund. The Owner, Jasmine Walton, stated that "I no longer work for Culture Rich" when I called her personal cell phone on 4 Jan 2022. So sad that Culture Rich has not done the honorable thing and paid their debts.

I purchased a trip to Greece through Black Business Club, I paid my deposit to Black Travel Club (BTC). BTC transferred my trip to Greece to Culture Rich, LLC. After fully paying Culture Rich, the pandemic happened. Culture Rich contacted me that the Greece trip was postponed and l had an opportunity to change my trip to Cape Town. I changed and paid additional money for the Cape Town trip. My last contact was in October, 2020. I started following up with Culture Rich LLC and the email, website and owner’s number is inactive. Black Travel Club is not being accountable for the money paid. Culture Rich took travelers money and have not contacted us about refunds or future trips.
