This scammer is somehow a certified contractor. He signed a contract no to build our entire home. He stopped working on the job before we could even get our certificate of occupancy. His electrician did horrible work as well as his plumber. They didn’t build the house to code. The electrical trips breakers all the time, lights and outlets don’t work. This is a new construction house, brand new. The plumber put the furnace in the 3rd garage bay so we can’t even park a car there. He also didn’t run air conditioning to 2 of the upstairs rooms and didn’t run heat to the basement so the pipes wouldn’t freeze. This contractor didn’t take care of any of the garbage besides the drywall guy taking care of his items and after all that, the contractor is still trying to charge us extra.
