Ordered a few items and I received a email confirmation for my order. Few weeks later I thought about the fact I never received a email saying my items had been shipped, upon checking that confirmation email I realized that was the only email I received from Cupid’s Rack. I then come across numerous threads and everyone has the same story like me, never got item(s) and we’re charged for the purchase. This is BS! HARD EARNED MONEY GONE TO WASTE.

We need to get our items or the money back!

I had the same problem as the most of you. I ordered on 21st december 2020 and got no notification except the one that my order is confirmed and is currently beeing processed. After writing two e-mails to the support which never got answered I just thought well maybe they just have a trashy organisation and an even trashier customer support so I used the contact form on their website. A few days later I recognized this site here and I was shocked. I thought i had fell for a scam on a website that looked really professional. However after reading the comments here I lost all hope that my order will ever arrive. Another few days later i saw a mail from the support - finally - and a second one that my order is beeing shipped. Allthough I dont have a delivery date so far, I at least have an order number that can be tracked by a legit delivery service in my country. To all of you that don't got an answer on their e-mails: try using the contact form on their website, maybe this is the only possible way to get to them. I wrote them my order number and my name in this form. Try it out guys I wish you luck. But to be on the safe site, if you haven't ordered at their site yet leave it like that. There are a lot of other sites that sell the same kind of stuff. It may be a little more to pay but at least you can be safe in this case. I personally will never order from them again no matter what offer they have.
I'll give you guys another info if the package really got to me or if even this was a trick.

By the way, sorry for my bad english I hope you can halfway get what I wanted to tell you.

I’ve bought an item from this site on the 23 of December, and now it’s already the new year, half way into January and my package says it’s still being processed. I get it’s COVID and business might be slow on their side, but how hard is it just to get a reply back to from them about a tracking number or a refund. At this point I don’t even care about the product no more. If I could I would just like to get a refund, but seeing that it’s probably not gonna happen, my only concern at this point is just to help out in saying that this is definitely not a trustworthy site. My advice is just to not buy anything off this site. For a more trustworthy site just visit Adam and Eve.

I ordered my Product on November 27th and its been 3 weeks with NO feedback. It's been processing for 3 weeks when the site says 1-3 days to process. I spent $100 including shipping on my product and have received no feedback whatsoever. I sent way too many emails and only got a response from 2 people a few weeks after I hit them up. Asked for my order number so they can check in on my product and ghosted me. They false advertise on Instagram that's how I came across to them. It's a scam and I hope I can get my refund.

Ordered from them over a month ago. Order was never shipped and they never respond to any emails. On their Instagram page, they also delete any comments that call them out on their scams. Do not buy from this company. We have to get it shut down.

Saw Black Friday instagram advertisement for this on an instagram influencer 'Story'. He probably got a commission. CupidsRack never sent item, AmazonPay is headache to get money back.

They are big time scammers. Lost $300. Ordered in May 2020 and it is July 2020 and they say the same thing as they are checking with their logistics team and get back to me. It is from Karen, customers team. They have their products advertised in YouTube and in Instagram. Their website appears legit but they are scammers. If you closely look at the reveiews on their website, they are all similar for all products. Why can't they get caught by police after many people complaining about them.

I bought a product from Cupid’s Rack website and immediately asked for a attacking number and all they told me was wait 2-3 days to receive that information and it’s been more than 2-3 days and I have received nothing and when I then asked for a refund they stopped emailing me back but then sent me an email saying to wait another 2-3 days to wait for a representative to talk to me and since then I’ve received nothing.

I made a purchase and received email confirmation I have emailed them multiple times and I get the same nonsense email message back every time explaining that they will contact their logistics department and get me an answer soon but I never get an actual response nor did I ever receive what I purchased

I had the exact same experience as the reviewer above - ordered a product they advertised on Instagram and now, over 6 weeks later, it still hasn’t arrived. They further REFUSED to cancel my order which I no longer wished to receive months later, and generally give no useful information through their customer service email. These are bad people, they are bad to their customers, they will lie to you patently if they even get back to you, and I hope no one else does business with them again.

Bought a product that I saw in some instagram ad and had been patiently waiting for it to come. I spent 50 dollars. I ordered the product on December 3rd and it is now December 15th and the order still says processing when I go to check it’s status. I sent them a couple emails after about 12 days and of course they didn’t respond. I then looked online to see if it had happened to anyone else on this website and obviously it has. I just want these fools to stop making money as they DO NOT deserve it. I also don’t want anyone else to have to lose their hard earned money to some low life.
