I ordered from CUPSHE a total total of $229 with shipping. I am returning most of the order and the company is giving me only half of my money back. When I messaged them requesting a full refund for the items that I paid for (less shipping), they presented information on the screen that showed a discounted prices for the items that I am returning. However, I presented my invoice and showed them that I did not pay those discounted prices. they gaslighted me and said that I did even though I was looking at the invoice.
AND…. More concerning, understand that many of our clothing that we order online through places like Amazon or anywhere else or manufactured in China. The box label states “CHINAS PEOPLE REPUBLIC.” The US is very aware of unfair business practices of the PRC. my recommendation is that the US not allow this company to do business here. I did not know that it is affiliated with the communist party or I would have not have ordered from them to begin with. But the fact that they are only giving me half of my money back is a clear indication that this company is affiliated with the PRC.

My daughter ordered a bathing suit from a sight called, Cupshe and she ordered a Neon Pink Crochet Trim Bandeau on March 22, 2020. THe receipt email said CUPISHE, the i was added in and not on the initial website. Between March 20 and April 28th I emailed twice about her order and then had a conversation with a customer service representative through a comment live help chat.for 30 minutes I went back and forth with her about this order and nothing matched her records....order number, my daughter's name or address, etc. She stated that we must have ordered from another site....NO WE DID NOT. I told her that her company is scamming people and it is illegal and I was going to report them.
In addition, none of the tracking information worked.
About 15 minutes after I stopped the live chat, my daughter received an email about her order with tracking information. Coincidence, I think not. However, when we clicked on the tracking link, NOTHING!
We watched her debit card account to see if they took any money, and they had not. However. one week later, the money was deducted and the next day a package came from a PETER with he address of 148-08 Guy R Brewer Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11434. We had no idea what it was because we didn't know a Peter or someone from that address. We opened the package, and surprise it is a bathing suit, BUT NOT the one she ordered!
It was made in China too. So now she is out $40 and has a bathing suit she hates, has a thong like bottom(she is younger than 16) and doesn't fit her!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I purchased a bunch of suits from this company, was told I could return them and the money would be refunded back to my account within 15 days. It has now been almost two months. They told me the money has been credited back to my account and I should call my bank. I have looked through my bank account many times and called my back to confirm there has absolutely been no refund- the last activity from this company was when they charged me for the suits months ago.

BUYER BEWARE: if you are not 100% sure the bathing suit you order will fit, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
I purchased 3 bathing suits from @cupshe on 6/15. I received them the following week. 1 of the 3 suits fit, but i planned to keep one of the two that didn’t fit as an inspirational piece (so when i lost a little weight i could fit). I emailed cupshe on 6/25 asking them what the return policy was as any respective company provides return policy info on site and on packaging slip when delivered. On website I recall reading refunds were available within 30 days of purchase. They asked me the order number, item I wanted to return and reason for return. They also told me I could keep the suit and they would provide me with a coupon that would entitle me to receive a free bathing suit (I could choose) but the suit I purchased with coupon was non refundable. I didn’t want to do that as I was unsure if the suit I would order would even fit so I emailed them explaining I didn’t want to take advantage of their coupon option but just wanted a refund. They emailed me two days later and asked for the order # again along with requesting the item I wanted to return and reason why. I provided them requested info and they have not gotten back to me. I emailed them again on 6/27 expressing my concern and disappointment and cupshe has failed to respond.
Shame on me, I didn’t check customer reviews before purchasing from this company. After I emailed them on 6/27 and failed to hear from them, I check their reviews. Low and behold so many customers have the same issue and I went on ScamPulse.com’s website and they have a F rating and over 500 complaints. Some of the customers never received their order while others said cupshe sold their credit card information.
This company should be ashamed to run its operation it does.

I ordered 7 swimsuits from them. The first four arrived and I wanted to return 3 of them for not fitting. Would not issue me refund. I ordered 3 more on June 3 with a 5-7 day delivery expectancy as I’m going on vacation Monday the 18th. I’ve been going back and forth with about 40 emails trying to figure out where my suits are and I cannot get a straight answer nor am I able to speak with anyone at the company who can help me. I have never had a worse experiences with ordering anything online EVER. This is infuriating. I also left negative feedback on their Instagram and Facebook pages (along with many many other angry customers) and they delete every negative comment and block their paying customers from their social media accounts. Something really terrible is going on here

I placed an online order to this website on May 24 for a total of $122. I have not received any tracking or shipping information, cannot find a customer service phone number and do not receive emails back from the service email address when requesting information on my order. The money came out of my account right away.

I ordered two bathing suits from CupShe in early March 2018. I received them with no issues, which prompted me to order again. This was a mistake. I had not received the second order for well-past the expected shipping time ("5-7 days") so I reached out to CupShe via email--their only means of contact (no phone number provided on their website or on the web anywhere). I was told to wait until 20 days had passed and then reach back out, which occurred, and I did. I was then told that my package was lost in the mail, to which I responded that I wanted the order re-shipped or I wanted my money to be refunded. The person that I was corresponding with, Lena, would conveniently 'beat around the bush' regarding the issue; for example, trying to provide me with coupon codes that were not correct and, although it says on their website that they will provide a cash refund, never offered or granted my request for this. After doing some external research on CupShe, it became clear (via the internet) that this has happened to numerous other people. I think that CupShe completes the first order with no problems, hooks the buyer, and then scams them.

I ordered swimsuit and when I received the suit is was poorly made and way too long. We emailed for a return authorization. Every email I send or message on their FB page just sends me some general info no matter how many times I have asked for the address to return the item. I have checked their FB page and it's full of others with the same problem. They do not respond and only give general info. They say they take refunds within 30 days but don't respond and then tell you it's too late. This is a scam it is very clear. Items were shipped from China and they are horrible quality. It's a scam there is no other way around it. They took our money and won't respond.

This is an online "retail" company, specifically geared towards swimwear. I placed an order, paid for expedited shipping and never received the order. I was given confirmation and tracking information of my package which then takes you to a 'tracking' service on the cupshe website. They provided a phone number for the tracking company that comes back to "SF Express" which seems to be an international delivery service (maybe a scam too?). The Cupshe address is in New Jersey, so they wouldn't need an international delivery service. The address provided for Cupshe is 1100 Cranbury South River Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831 which comes back to a vacant space on the side of a highway. There is NO customer service phone number. After several email exchanges they still beat around the bush and have not provided a refund or even a credit. They have my money and I received no product.

Fraudulent business, unacceptable customer service. TOTAL SCAM, BUYER BEWARE
I paid $91 for four swimsuits, only one came and I had to demand a tracking number for the remaining three. Upon arrival, they were all not as described. I moved to return them. I was offered a $70 coupon to purchase again (not sure where $70 came from), or keep the items and they’ll refund $35 (“half”) or ship all back and get full refund, just pay for shipping. I didn’t pay $70, so the $21 difference was unexpected.
After confirming I’d get my full $91 back, they gave me the run around again - about refunding to my “original PayPal” payment method. I have never used PayPal, and the last four digits of the visa “card on file” wasn’t mine. I have UPS proof that this was delivered and signed by HUANG, so they have my returned purchases - they just won’t give me my money back.
I have started a dispute with my credit card company, and will be reaching out to my local police department to file a report.

I ordered 3 swimsuits from cupshe.com for an upcoming trip. I made sure to pay for fast shipping so it would get here in 5-8 days. They gave me a fake link to track my package as well for a website called SF Express. On the day that is was supposed to "arrive," it claimed that is was delivered. I tried to get in touch with the business where they told me that it had been delivered and to check at my local post office. This made no sense because SF Express is not associated with the post office so there is no way that it would be there. After googling SF Express I discovered a Yelp page for it where a lot of people had the same issue. They claim to deliver the product but nothing ever comes which is a complete scam. When I tried to tell Paypal about it and open a dispute they only believed the company that claimed it had been delivered. This has happened to 4 other people that I know of and lost a lot of people money. Cupshe isn't available for customer service via phone either and makes you email them if you have a problem. This company is a scam and I don't want other people to have the same thing happen to them.

I placed an order for two swimsuits after seeing their ads on facebook. The order was for two swim suits. I placed it with expedited shipping which is supposed to come within six days of the original order I placed the order on March 6th. Well it's March 22nd and I am still waiting for my order. They took my payment immediately and I have sent no less than 10 emails and sent tons of messages on facebook asking for an explanation. Not one single response. There is no tracking information available either. No phone numbers provided anywhere.

This company is completely unresponsive to inquires, regardless of the topic. It took forever to get my order. One items was delivered and their website showed both items were delivered. When I contacted them about second item I got no response. I continued to email and received only canned answers. Eventually the item was delivered. I was dissatisfied with both items. The fabric on the sleeveless dress is more like a material you would find on a nightgown. The vintage dress has a strange cut causing the neckline to plunge halfway down my stomach. Again, I sent communication regarding the return, expecting a return shipping label. Instead I received another canned answer that said they would refund 1/2 my money and I could keep the dresses. What a scam! The dresses are 1/2 bad, they are all bad. I don't want 1/2 my money, I want all of my money. There is no address on their website for returns (I found one online that says they will not accept pre-approved returns) and they will not respond.
