Ordered 4 swimsuits from website (linked through Facebook) claiming to be Cupshe having a flash sale on 3/27/24. Order confirmation says Cupshe in large letters but refers questions to [email protected]. Order was supposedly shipped 3/28/24 and tracking through “Track718” claims order delivered on 4/27/24. I never received the order and Complained via email address given of [email protected]. I was told that “logistics” had accidentally lost my order and the order would be re-shipped. Next email claimed second order shipped 4/30/24 and tracking was provided through “618track”. Again this tracking site showed order was delivered 6/7/24 and again no package was delivered. Contacted the service email again and said I wanted a refund of the $21.04. They first offered a 60% refund, then 90% and finally 100% refund after I refused to accept anything less. I was told it would take 15-25 business days to get the refund back to my credit card on 6/9/24 and so far I have no refund as of today, 7/15/24.

Through Tik Tok, I clicked on a link that took me to what I thought was Cupshe.com. This is a website I have used many times in the past and it looked identical. I signed on to my Cupshe account and submitted an order. The prices were very low- but the ad said it was summer clearance which made sense to me. When I later checked my Cupshe account there was no order. On my debit card transactions the company is listed as Smilearianchicfashion. I have been unable to locate this company anywhere on the internet. This is a scam.

I bought a dress online on dec 16 and waited and waited...I finally emailed them and they said it is stuck somewhere in Germany. Gave me a tracking number and it can't be found anywhere...tried to write a review on their website and they won't post them. I keep emailing them and I hear nothing back this place is a scam!

I fear there is a scam in place that I wanted to report. Cupshe.com, is a clothing site. . . I placed an order in December and I received questionable merchandise from oversees. The merchandise was poor quality and had a very strong musty odor and did not have tags on them. CUPSHE also sent an incorrect order. When I notified them of the incorrect item shipped to me, they responded saying that I could keep the item and they would give me credit. I asked for a refund and they did comply with my request.
I have now had some recent credit card fraud and this company came to mind. The purchases made online were made and did not go through.
