Curl Pro sends a product that is supposed to work like a Dyson, but it is basically worthless. When you email to point this out, you are informed that you can get $12 back and keep the product, or mail it back to them at your cost to the Netherlands. They have no US address and they will not reimburse any shiiping costs. They know that the shipping costs preclude any return. Also, they admitted that they are not registered to do business in any US State. They claim that "online" retailers do not have to register anywhere. They use New York as part of their name, but have no actual address in the US. Likewise, they point to their "return policy" on their website, but it does not state that all products have to be shipped out of the country. Theg might as well as sent us a brick and refused a refund unless we spent another $40 to ship it back to them.
