I wanted to buy a kid's seat for our car for our grandkid. Ordered a kid's seat from the website looking like Graco. Paid by Paypal. Did not get a confirmation. Contacted the seller via Papal. Got a UPS tracking number. The package was delivered by UPS some days later, but not to my address. Filed complaints with UPS and Paypal. UPS confirmed in an email that the package was not delivered to my address and with my name attached. The sender was a Chinese Logistics company in NJ. The seller offered the name Amanda Coombs to Paypal and me. Paypal closed the case as they assumed the package was delivered, even UPS says it was not. The seller uses the fact that tracking numbers are not related to addresses and names. If you can use a lot of tracking numbers like in a logistic company you can run such a scam.
