Went on their website and choose a puppy to purchase. Was given the price of $650 plus $50 home delivery fee from airport. They had coupons for shipping so it was free. They ask for payment thru Zelle, which we did. Then we were contacted by Rocket Pet Delivery saying we must buy insurance and it would be $980 which was refunded at delivery. Pay their Zelle which we did. Now we have put up $1680. We were sent airline info and time of arrival. We are about a hour and half from airport. We figured about what time they should arrive but never showed all night. Contacted them by email and never heard back. Called airport cargo and they said Delta didn't transport animals anymore and all animals had been picked up. So we just want people to know about them so they aren't heart broken.
