wish I had read the reviews. Curly-Twist mailed the item through a budget shipper, UniUni. My order was listed on the Curly-Twist as not being able to be found. Come to find out UniUni marked it as delivered. I paid $4.99 to insure my order with Curly-Twist - another scam. They told me to visit my "local" UniUni office, the closest being over 1,000 miles away, call them (they do not have a working customer service number and have not responded to numerous emails and website submissions), then file a claim with the USPS (who did not ship it). Abysmal, nonexistent customer service - DO NOT purchase from Curly-Twist.
