this is a place that will perform random inspections and charge you for items that do not need to be fixed or purposely install cheap equipment as to repeat the charge for another inspection. It is not just me, it happens to many of the tenants at this location. I have read many google reviews from past tenants that they recycle photographs from past tenants or the state of the unit before someone moves in to use against you and deny the deposit, but also charge on top of that.
