I did it immediately after receiving the goods because I tried them on, and they did not fit. It took weeks before they ever replied, and then they kept trying to negotiate with me, offering up a small portion of what I was actually do as a Refund. After several exchanges, they provided instructions on how to return, but when I went to return the clothing, I was told by UPS that the address is invalid.
