Purchased two bathing suits in September with free shipping. They never arrived. I was sent an email saying nobody was at home when they delivered. I live on a horse property someone is always home. They said to contact them regarding pick- up. The company never answered their phone and directed me to a website where I had join up? Suds. Long story short , never recurved my items and after 55 emails to the company trying to find my package was told it had been returned to them. So they gave me a refund minus the shipping fee. What an absolute cheek. I paid for shipping on an item that I never received. Customer service is very poor. They are contactable via email, however they will give you the run around for months asking you to contact shipping companies or give the exact same response. Don’t buy from this company. They have no idea what they are doing. It’s now late November and I am yet to receive my refund.

I received a catalog by mail called Curveswell. They sell swim suits. I purchased two swimsuits on their website at Curveswell.com.

When I received them, they were of poor quality and did not fit. There was no return receipt in the bag and the return address label said "No return service request." They were mailed from a warehouse in Jamaica, NY. My credit card was charged by curveswell.com in Hong Kong.

When I went to their website for return information, there was no phone number or address listed. I sent three emails to [email protected] asking for a return form and an address. I received one reply asking what I didn't like about the product.

There were no return instructions. When I researched reviews about this company, I found they were rated F by the Better Business Bureau after receiving numerous complaints from other customers.Wish I had researched this company before making a purchase.
