I purchased a sweater from CurvyWaves.com and the item was not at all described. The fabric was so poor in quality and defective. They refuse to refund me unless I ship out the item back which would cost me too much to ship out to China. The customer service number and email on their website does not work. I had to go to their contact us page to get any response. Their poor reviews should have been an indication not to order from them. I ignored the red flags. I just want my money back.

Once received, the item was much lower quality than described. When I attempted to return the item, they gave me the run around refusing to give me a return address. Finally when I threatened them with a paypal claim, they gave me a return address in China. Since I was responsible to pay for the return shipping, it would cost more to return the item than to just keep it. So they are giving people poor quality items and then making it impossible to return the item or get a refund.

i was looking up rock climbing jump suits and i found one on the shop part of safari and it took me to curvy waves. i ordered it on march 15 2023 and it said i would have shipping info within 3-5 days and have it arrive within 5-10 from that. i never received any shipping confirmation.
