We have most rencetly had our email ransomed and had to pay money to get it out and after that the email was missing a lot of emails.Most recently a phone call came in and told my mom to keep the computer on and the modem and then the screen when black and it looks like an old style computer the screen was black with a one sentence on it saying she paid 4000 in target gifts cards and I saw the mouse moving by itself. I then remember the computers USA had some type of defenses system. When I asked him could he please give a 30 report. I then saw for the first time the creditionals on the wall and took a picture of them the then said to get the **** out! and tried to block me from leaving. I feel this man is mentally ill he is a danger to other he kept saying there is no way around this talking about conspires of computers or something like that he just did not make sense . and a danger to himself and others. He will not stop calling my mom he shows no boundaries in all his actions not acting in a professional manner and fear for our lives
