Saw a Facebook ad for baseball memorabilia and personalized balls, I read the comments of people who had previously purchased items so I felt safe purchasing. Turns out I was completely wrong. I am now 3 weeks out from my order, and the email listed above is barely able to form a sentence and keeps lying saying that the ball was dropped off at the post office and 4 days later they’re saying they are having an issue receiving the ball from the manufacturer they use so my ball will be delayed. Now that I caught them in a lie they won’t respond.
