I ordered custom luxury car mats online 3 months ago but have not received the items. I never got a tracking email so after more than month I started inquiring. Each time I was told they would get back to me right away, but never did. I asked to cancel my order but they said to go back and read their refund policy which states no refund without returning the product, which I can't because I have not received it. I contacted the ScamPulse.com and was advised to file a complaint with the scam division since this company is located overseas. When I went on their website to write a review I noticed there is no way to write a review. Further, all of the reviews up there are glowing. My guess is that this is a scam operation. Do NOT order custom mats from this company.
