I placed an arder almost 2 months ago and have not received it yet. They asked me to continue waiting. They don't have a customer service number. The tracking information never worked. Now they don't want to issue a refund because they sat the package was delivered, but I never received it. So, I won't get a refund. Be careful and don't use this company!

I made a order 2 months ago! I ordered early December in hopes of a Christmas surprise for my wife. The experience I’ve had has been a long and disappointing. I haven’t got any updates or any response to a refund or actual update on my products. I will never order something from this place again!

I had the same experience as everyone else here. Paid for VIP service, paid for expedited shipping and almost a month later I have no product or refund. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful and completely denies what they have said or done. It's a total scam.

Ya I got one made for someone for Christmas. Paid all most a extra $20 to have it in 7 days. We are not 4 weeks later and noting they will not refund that ex money they offered me $3 fpr it said that is the best they can do.keep telling me its do to covid. When someone pays all most $20 for shipping they should be shipping fast shipment not snail mail with a .25 cent stamp. They steal your money and at a time likebtgis. But wjat do you expect for the Chinese. Never order from them its a rip off.

Scam. Ordered a puzzle for $40. Order never arrived. It has now been over 5 months since the order was placed. I have reached out to them over 4 times. They continue to evade my questions and offer vague information such as "COVID -19, wait 2 more weeks" i've now waited over 4 moths since the initial promised order date and they continue to tell me the same thing. SCAM. They have no legitimate contact information to report to BBB.
