Same. I ordered 2 boards in early November and we are now in February. Nothing! Now the site is down. Total scam.

I ordered 1 of their custom skate boards on Sep 26, 2019 as a Christmas gift for my nephew...3 months should be long enough, right? WRONG! It is now Feb 3, 2020 and still nothing. I have reached out to them multiple times. After several messages were sent to them (through Facebook and email) I only received a reply after contacting them through PayPal. I was told that they had a system glitch and that orders that had been placed were cancelled in error...funny, order cancelled a month after ordering yet no refund given. They claimed they had shipped it on Dec 18, 2019 yet every time I clicked on Track My Shipment the site said the label had been created but pick up was still pending. With no update and no change in shipment status, I filed a claim with PayPal on Dec 28, 2019 to get my money refunded but these scammers claimed that my order was delivered so my claim was denied. Apparently, there is no customer protection at all! Lesson learned.

I was also scammed by this company when ordering two skateboards for my boys' rooms for Christmas presents. I paid $129 on November 17, 2019, had the money taken out of my account on November 18, 2019, never received the boards and haven't heard back from my email. Around the same time as my purchase from Custom Fresh Decor, I also had two unauthorized purchases to Dominos Pizza in Chicago even though I live in San Diego, CA and have never been to Chicago. I didn't put two and two together at the time, but I'm pretty sure it's related. Hope my bank will be able to refund me the money. They're conducting an investigation.

Ordered one custom Seattle license plate themed wall skateboard. Website and product description states 2-4 weeks for delivery. I paid with Paypal and they did take my payment from my account right away. this company did send a confirmation email with order number. I ordered In November 2019. and sent an email on Dec 10 & 15 asking for the status? They emailed me back the first time stating it takes 3-5 weeks for delivery. The second email has gotten no response. it has now been 5 weeks and no delivery from them or reply to numerous emails. When I visit the web page it now says error 403? Hope I can get my money back

Ordered from them in September and I was told that a glitch erased ALL the orders and to be patient as the order would soon arrive. It still has not come and they haven’t answered any emails. Company has changed their name to deck select and is trying to convince everyone that they aren’t affiliated with them. Corp filings are public record. Web service portals are the same and even the support cue is the exact same. I’d be willing to bet even the IP matches. Scam company.

They emailed me back stating it takes 3-5 weeks for delivery as stated in the website, however there website states 2-4 weeks. it has now been 5 weeks and no delivery from them. They only respond to initial email and then never respond after that. I googled this company reviews and there is alot of reviews on this company's Facebook page that state no one has ever received their product and the company never responds. Also this company is now operating under another name Deck Select Deckselect.net in order to continue scamming people out of their money. I have reported to Paypal and should be receiving a refund through PayPal.
