They sent me the wrong doll! And refuse to refund! And the doll I got - looks nothing like the pictures on their website! I contacted them as soon as I opened it by emails! Then tried calling only to be left on hold for over 15 minutes! I was told later - the email in their page - is not the email to contact them! I tried complaining there to. But they r not even responding now. I just get the same email back I paid $123.99 for the wrong doll! My granddaughter was upset and disappointed! And doesn’t want the doll I have it’s been says this has gone on! I sent pictures 4 times! I did everything to give a chance to make things right. So I am disputing the charge! Don’t buy from them

My granddaughter spent days picking out her “new baby” for her Xmas gift. When it came it was in a very thin bag! The bag was ripped and box a little dented. But the worst part was - they sent the wrong doll! I knew it immediately! And the doll they did send - looks nothing like the dolls on their website! I paid $123.99 and they refuse to refund. They refuse any hep for days! I tried to email, call. Got blown off. And this company goes by a different name then in the website which tells u they r scammers! I told them I would return the doll if they gave me a prepaid label. They refuse because it’s too expensive to ship back to China! I complained to PayPal to dispute the charge! But it takes forever to close a case! This company offered partial payment. One time they said $20. Next $65 and after days of complaining- they offered me $10! So they have gone down in their offer! So rude! The doll I have doesn’t look like the dolls on their website!

I ordered 2 dolls in November and have not received either of them or a refund. They replied to my first email when I asked where my dolls were assuring me that they hadn't been made yet but they have not responded since. Don't order from this company. It's a scam. I asked for a refund with no reply. I used PayPal to pay, am hoping they can get my money back. I was going to order from another company but was afraid to do so so I ordered from Ashton Drake which I had used years ago to buy for my now grown-up granddaughter and was very pleased. Got a beautiful them! Shipped quickly and am very pleased with Ashton Drake!

I ordered 4 reborn dolls for my grandchildren for Christmas. I received a confirmation email once i ordered and i knew then it was a scam. Misspelled words and no tracking information. Bogus return address with no zipcode. I am currently working with paypal to get my money back. Why doesnt PayPal stop this company from doing business? I just got done reading tons of reviews stating the same thing!

I ordered a Holiday Light Projector in early September. When I had not received it by Oct. I sent an email 3 times to ask to cancel the order, with no reply. Finally, the product came & it was nothing like the item I ordered, it was something I could have bought at the Dollar Store for $15 & I Paid $45. I reached out and asked for a refund, they said we will give you a $10 credit. I explained I wanted my money with no reply. I then disputed the item on Paypal, which the co. said we will give you a $20 credit, which I declined. They finally agreed to a refund but instead of shipping it back to the website I bought from in CA, they said I had to ship it back to China. I asked why I did not order it from China, so why can I not just ship it back to where I ordered from. Paypal said have to ship back to where they say.OMG, it was $56 to ship it back. If I would have known that I would have taken the $20 credit. Be careful when ordering online that it is not going to ship from China. Also, the name on the debit to my account was a Chinese Name

I placed an order for a real life doll on November 27, 2020 and I have yet to receive an order update, etc. The doll was $92. I sent them an email and no response. My Paypal account was charged and this is a Christmas gift. I should have done more research on this site before ordering!

I ordered my elderly grandmother a reborn doll that resembled my children. What I got was a cheap, plastic doll from China. It ha no hair like in the picture. Blue eyes instead of brown. One eye was bigger than the other. Pure SCAM! I am fighting Paypal and them right now for my money back.

On September 18, 2020 I purchased a "LEVOIT Air Purifier for Home Allergies Pets Hair Smokers in Bedroom, White & Core 300" ; then on 10/19/2020 - We received a UVC Air Purifier that does not work. There were two (2) problems with it' 1. First of all we ordered a "LEVOIT Air Purifier for Home Allergies Pets Hair Smokers in Bedroom, White & Core 300" and what we received is a Generic UVC type with no name on it. So it is not what we ordered. AND 2. It does not work. It lights up but does not move any air, and we have gone through the directions twice, but the fan does not work, so no air moves through it!

They are requiring us to pay to ship this item back to China, which will cost and additional $35 - we have decided to cut our losses and take the $126.99 loss and not pay and additional $35, and we closed or PAYPAL Credit Account.

I was charged over $65 for 3 items listed as shirts and dresses at about $20 each. The only three items I received and didn’t recognize were flimsy polyester pieces that I ended up giving to Goodwill. I was embarrassed to even give them away. I’m going to file a dispute with PayPal over this transaction. This was the second time I got taken by a Chinese company. The other one was My Argon. That was another PayPal transaction...maybe we have to stop using PayPal so frequently!

I purchased $178 worth of clothes from SeeCloth. Did not receive items. When I started chasing up the order, I received a reply from Reborn Dolls saying my order was delayed due to covid. I questioned the association between both companies and got no reply. When I now try to go into the SeeCloth site, it is gone. Total scam. Very upsetting.

Do not order any reborn dolls from Custom Information Technology CO LTD. They have websites like reborn.com, rebirth.com, and goodtimee.com, www.desirablelifee.com but after you order from them, you can't track your item and if you click on anything in the emails they send you to check the validity of their website, it goes to a "404 page not found". It is a Chinese company out of Shenzhen and they have a warehouse at 18501 Arenth Ave, City of Industry, CA 91748 and send either the wrong item, a damaged item, or no item at. Please do not order from any of these websites, you will be at a loss!
