Never received my wigs
Total money lost $550
Type of a scam Online Purchase
First off, I purchased 4 wigs from you paid you IN FULL with no hesitation AT ALL! Never played any games or wasted your time about purchasing anything from “YOUR BRAND” You sent the 1st wig with no hesitation, cool. When I purchased 2 on 6/15 in the amount of $550! You tell me you mailed ONE 7/6. Then, you tell me you shipped the 2ND wig 7/13.I in turn purchase the 3RD wig the same day. July 30 you tell me the 2ND wig was delayed and is in my city and state and that you are mailing the 3RD wig on 7/31.
- 8/11 you tell me everything is behind and that I have to sign for them with UPS and that you had to find a different shipping method. You tell me that they should be here on a Thursday and that my packages were not lost.
- 8/19 I let you know that I still have yet to receive the 2ND & 3RD wig.
- 8/24 you said that you had been super busy and that you were going to look it up and asked for my zip, I gave you my zip code.
- 8/27 you text me and said they were not lost and that they should arrive in my city and state tomorrow.
- 8/31 I let you know that I still have not received the 2ND nor 3RD wig. You tell me to call you tomorrow cause you will be in your office from 3-9
- 9/4 you say you didn’t want to bother me since I didn’t call and that I have to go pick up the units. I ask you for the pickup address you say you have to send me the tracking and for me to text you back at 7:30 when you finish client. I do so at 7:52.
- 9/5 you ask for my zip code AGAIN!
- 9/28 I reach asking when are you sending the wigs. You say you don’t know who I am cause you have a new phone. I tell you my name and you said you been waiting for me to text you for 2 weeks. You say the wigs are probably at your PO BOX ( How they get from being in my city & state to being in your PO BOX?) You tell me that if I don’t pick them up timely they send back to merchant. But, again. You never sent me the pickup address, you kept asking for my zip code.
- 9/29 I ask for update- no response
- 10/3 You ask me to call you Monday between 2-7 I call and you say there is a hour time difference and you left for the day.
- 10/6 You ask if I’m free in the next 30 mins cause you are preparing my tracking # to go pick up. (But, you said if I don’t pick up timely it’s sent back to merchant? But ok!)
I ask if it’s there now you say you have not tracked it. ( What company doesn’t already check the tracking info, but ok)
You tell me to check my email, I ask what email you have for me cause you never asked for one and I never provided you with one.
You sent me a picture of some tracking letter, you say nothing comes up when you put in the tracking # and the package is lost.
- 10/10 I reach out asking when should I receive my refund, you tell me between Monday & Tuesday and ask for my cash app.
- 10/14 I reach out about refund- no response
- 10/15 I reach out to check on refund- you tell me I should receive today cause you had to wait for them to locate packages and send back to you.
- 10/16 No response
- 10/19 I reach out, you tell me you been busy and I will be refunded today
- 10/20 I reach out and you tell me you still trying to understand why packages weren’t delivered. ( Thought you said they were lost and they were sending back to you)
- 10/22 You say that they found the package and you are going to refund in AM you had to come to UPS
- 10/29 You text saying your assistant will refund momentarily
- 11/2 You tell me to check my cash app- no payment received
- 11/9 still no refund
- 11/17 still no refund
- 11/19 still no refund you say it was sent and takes 24hrs. I ask for a screenshot of my refund- no response.
- 11/20 still no refund and you block me on IG and send a disrespect message cause I agreed with a comment and said definitely scamming!
So how am I not being scammed when you know that I never got the 2ND and 3RD wig I paid for that you got back from UPS and I still don’t have my refund.
All I want is my money back! That’s it that’s all!
