I purchased a bracelet and paid online. I have contacted them 3 times within 24 hours to cancel my product with no replies. My tracking number is not valid. I wish I had done my research and read all the bad reviews that everyone has experienced as well. Same thing I have, paid and received no product or they did receive a product that was not even close to what they ordered.
