Was thinking I was ordering a custom pillow for a Christmas gift! Never heard anything back from the company! Lost $59. Figured it was legit since it was a CA address! Beware!

While on Facebook I saw a cute ad for custom pillows just in time for Christmas. I stupidly assumed Facebook checked to be sure the ads they place were legit. Apparently not. I selected the ad and was redirected to the sellers site which seemed legit. They were selling many custom products that they claimed were made in the USA and even have a CA address. After placing 2 orders for Xmas, I was told I’d have my order in 5-7 days. It’s been 40 days and nothing. I’ve called and it’s an answering machine for which no one ever calls you back. I’ve emailed with no replies whatsoever. So now I’ve placed a claim with PayPal. Hopefully, that helps. Apparently, most ads on Facebook are scams. Ugh.
