Company claimed to be producing custom range hoods and we paid half of the cost for the range hood as a deposit. We have waited for almost 60 days when the hood was supposed to have been received after approximately 20 days. Company has claimed that they will be delivering it multiple times, but continues to come up with many different excuses. We have now acknowledged the money to be lost.
