I ordered on Dec 11th and paid expedited shipping of $14.99. It is now Dec 20th and ai still haven’t received tracking. I sent an email and they were rude and told me “you need be patient”. Yes that is a quote. They got a message right back! They said my package is at the post office and ready to ship. If it were a label would have been printed and tracking automatically sent to my email. That hasn’t happened.
