Customer care representative, by phone, said my credit card would be charged for XXX$ for prior travel agreements. He would help stop, if I called when these calls, started, ? I asked why I had to paid XXX$ for this service. Also, how did he receive my phone #, information. My instinct were correct. I signed up for a 4day, 3 night, + a cruise. I didn't get to talk to the original person, questioning this transaction as it wasn't what I understood, explain.
