I identified myself as a customer who received a call about N'tional Grid bill;
I was asked my account #;
I in turn asked, who sponsors this "Customer Choice Program?"
"Have a nice day" was the reply and I was disconnected.
I returned the call (2nd time)
Again, I was asked my account#;
I replied with the question; Who sponsors this "Customer Choice Program"?
I was disconnected
i called N'tional Grid; they thought this may be a third party provider?? not familiar with the name.
