A man named Robert frassa contacted me claiming he found me on yelp, had just recently purchased a new house but he was working out of state over seas and wanted sod laid before he returned to his new home. When we showed up to take yard measurements I noticed the for sale sign said “sale pending” I reached out to him about this, asked when he would want the job done and also informed him he had no irrigation so his sod would likely die and he ignored my questions and concerns then asked for my full name and address so he could make the check out.
