Place an order online after Christmas, at an overstock Christmas site. I should have known it was a scam. The money was gone, and no products ever arrived. So, I started and e-mail trail requesting a refund. It took me three weeks to get a response. Another month to get that the company would refund me, but only partially. I keep e-mailing, to see if I will get my money back. In the future I won't fall for that again. I will be buying from an American business.

Fitz & Floyd merchandise offered out of Dillard’s Outlet….NO mention of KUNGRICH name until I tried to track down this order!
