Purchased an advent calendar online. Tracking number given claimed it was delivered. No such package existed. Communication with the company was claiming I had to return said nonexistent package and they will send out what I had originally ordered. Offered first 10% refund, then 20%. Only when I threatened to go to the BBB, my bank and my credit card company, did they send me an apparent refund. I am in communication with my credit card company so I do hope this is real. I have left a review on trustpilot and other reviews are just as dire. Their trope is to claim that a family member or a neighbour signed for it, that it is in their house and I must find it. I live alone, in a very small apartment building with fellow tenants who have lived for years in the building. We don’t steal each other’s packages. In the email claiming they will give me a full refund is another name for a website. caiveds.com. This is a new website not seen in prior emails, I will absolutely not click on that link as all of the communication happened over CustomerCare-VIP so I find it very suspicious in general. From my purchase I do not have the original website address as it was not in my purchase email.
