My order for Hoka men’s Bondi 7 size 14 running shoes was confirmed by a James Smith via email: [email protected] on 11/23/23.

Package tracking was provided via link: https://xps.customercare-vip.com/index/index/service/token/00b8f0b22ef25e9aaa4fc...⇄ />
Package was said to have been delivered on 12/29/23 to me but was never received.

Forever-beloved UK had a nice ad on Facebook for wooden alphabet letter banks which I ordered for my 3 grandsons for Christmas on 11-6-2023, order # 22631S74094. After going through numerous locations and customs in Ireland, the order was shipped to the U.S. where it went through more customs finally arriving at Knoxville, TN on 12-5-2023. The tracking number for all of this activity was 402579640116869843. However, tracking stopped in Knoxville. I tried contacting Customer Service at forever-beloved but never got anywhere. Obviously, these gifts never got here for Christmas. I contacted our credit card company explaining that I never received the items I paid for and had found out on the Internet that forever-beloved is a fraudulent company. Per their policy, my credit card company refunded my $64.40. On 1-17-2024, I received a package with the three wooden alphabet letter banks I ordered in November. I noticed there was an email from forever-beloved that my order had been delivered on 1-16-2024. It was the same original order #22631S74094; however it was a different tracking number DOR0120531056CN. I followed that tracking number which started in China in December, shipped to the U.S., to Illinois. Indiana to Ohio and finally to my neighbor’s house on 1-16-2024. Our neighbor kindly brought it to me on 1-17-2024.

A friend saw ads instagram about Ralph Lauren having a one day flash sale with really cheap prices. They thought they made purchases through Ralph Lauren website. However, after the purchase they received an email with the amount they paid $75 and another email with screenshot information about the purchase and tracking information, and a link that could not be used because the information was screenshot. They became suspicious when they noticed their apartment number was missing and tired to update it but could not get in contact with the people. I googled but could not find any information about Ralph Lauren having a one day flash sale and could no longer find the ads they saw. I went to the Ralph Lauren website and typed in the order number and nothing came up. At that point I knew he had been scammed. I helped him log into his bank account and saw a charge for $175 and other purchases. He called the bank, reported fraud , and had his card cancelled. I googled the website CustomerCare-Vip.com and saw others had reported it as a scam and fraudulent and that people did not get their purchases or they were not what they expected.

Responded to advertisement about an item, processed the order and received an order number and tracking information. Tracked the order for days until the item was reported as delivered...except it was not. Reached out to the vendor and was told to follow up with neighbors and given an inactive USPS tracking number for follow up with my 'local post office'. I expect to never see the item ordered or my $ again.
