Hello....I went online to find a gift and chose to purchase a item from True Sports Fan Company ....went through their whole online process selected my item and paid for my purchase ....waited the allotted time for shipping and never received my item.....Then i contacted then through their email n they responded back to me via messenger text and said they were delayed in their shipping and I should receive my order by next week.....well i waited and Never received anything.....Ive tried texting n they haven't responded back to my emails or text ....its almost a whole month ....I asked for a refund ..got no response.....I email over n over n texted they .....They have just kept my $$ ....I would like my money refunded please....Thank you
