I purchased the animal mist shampoo brush. They were running a special if you bout x-amout it would take a % off, I purchased 2 brushes and 2 bottles of the essence shampoo. They got my order ready sent me the confirmation shipping information. The package showed it was in china, but everytime I clicked on the link to track it- it would tell me “invalid number, try again” and now my package is no where to be found. I emailed them asking for an update or the whereabouts, only to find my order confirmation has disappeared. I did not receive anything, no response, or no package.
