Product/shoes were ordered on 5-13-24, tracking number was in transit for 4 weeks and then reported that it was delivered and was never received. Contacted the company by email, no phone number listed and was told it was delivered but after the third contact they were looking into it and now no response.

I purchased items 3 months ago that were not received.in return I was told I would get a refund because my items were lost and to this day I still haven't received it
