On 15July I purchased a Tefal cookware from Shopping (website name) for CAD 46 (amount charged to my credit card account). I received their order acknowledgment on the same day 15July but no delivery date specified, I asked for the delivery date. On 17th July, they respond stating that it will take 3-5 days to pack well. Once your product is packaged, we will send your package first. It will take 10-20 days to arrive when the package is shipped. On the same day and time, I requested them to stop and cancel the order as I cannot wait for that long lead time that would take a month to receive the item and even told them that we are ordering a cookware to Amazon with a delivery of the ff day.

They did not accept, instead they asked me to keep the order. They mentioned that their product and pricing is a fast moving one and one time only but I mentioned that I ma no longer interested since we are getting the one from Amazon and another set of cookware Wawa not required. They still not accepting it so I sent them screenshots of their policy that an order still can cancel if it was not shipped yet and a refund is processed within 7-10 days if I’m not mistaken. Still, they did not accept so after 4 days of us exchanging emails, on 20th July, they told me the item has been shipped. I asked them to cancel as my request from the beginning but they refused. They mentioned that if I received the item and still do not like, I can contact them. I told them I already mentioned I do not like and will it bear any cost if shipping it back once I received and yet they insist that order cannot be canceled.

Since I feel that they will not listen at all, I stop emailing them and just hoping that the item is a good Tefal quality. I waited for the shipment.

On Friday, 4th August it days shipment delivered in our front door. I checked and did not find anything plus the address was in New Westminster , but we are in Burnaby so I emailed them and told that thing but today they insist that it was delivered and if I can check with my neighborhood.

I went again to our mailbox location and found a tiny package with a tiny ( seems like a child’s ring). It has the same AWB LV816964684CN on it.

I messaged the vendor but no response yet. I have a feeling that they will denied it and will not send back the money.

What shall I do or would you be able to push them to send a refund or ship the correct item to me?

And would you be able to blocked this vendor so they cannot fooled other customers too?
