Paid $22 each way for airport transfers in the Dominican Republic. I made it fine to the hotel, but leaving, i waited over 50 minutes and to no avail. When i went out initially at the pickup time, there was a gentleman from the company who refused to take me as i wasn't apparently on his "list". I was told likely another bus was on the way. 50 minutes later while on the phone with a rep, i was told to take a taxi because the rep at the hotel could not be reached. He also said I would be refunded that money. An additinal $40 later for a taxi, the company says i was marked as a no show by their driver and is requesting "additional information". What additional information, you may ask? No clue. They reaponded to me multiple times just asking for more information and refuses to re efund me anything after not receving the service i paid for. I suspect they did this because i did not purchase the private transfer they tried to sell me. Stay FAAAAAARRR AWAY!!!!
