The product is in good condition. Would you mind keeping it? Regarding this issue, we are willing to offer you a $10 partial refund as a compensation. Is that okay?

I ordered (3) what I believed to be Marc Jacobs "Tote Bag" purses a website that marketed itself as "Nordstrom Rack", I relized it was a fake webstlite from Korea and attempted to cancel my order and stop payment immediately (same day). To no avail, 2-3 weeks later, I received an unordered, unsolicited ring in the mail, with no explanation or way of contacting the sender to return.
