Initial purchase was made on December 2nd. Item was never received. contacted company and they asked if I would like a replacement item to which I said that would be fine as long as it arrived by December 16 as it was an intended birthday present. as of December 16 the item had not left the warehouse. I called the company and said at this point I wanted a refund to my original payment method issued. I was told that there was no way to cancel the order and once I received it, I could return it for a refund. The replacement item never made it to me as the company put an incorrect shipping address, and the item was returned to sender. I contacted the company and once again requested a refund since I never took possession of this item, and the incorrect address was their fault. They have promised me twice that I would receive a refund to only later receive an email telling me I would get store credit I have made no less than 10 phone calls and spent hours of my time trying to get my refund to my original payment method. This has been going on for 23 days. I have all email correspondence to confirm the above statement.
