Hi, I ordered from Pretty Little Thing on May 25th 2023, for a vacation to my mothers house for her vow renewal, the items said they would arrive June 7th 2023. My items never arrived. I disputed the charges with my bank, which they say won’t b resolved until September, i then looked for a contact number on pretty little thing which there is no way to call them so I emailed them from their site. They responded and said I should have my refund by the 23rd of June. The money wasn’t in my account come June 23rd. I emailed them back and they stated that the refund processed on their end but my bank rejected it, the asked me to send my bank account info, (my account number and routing) so they could wire the funds back to my account. I responded and told them I wouldn’t be giving them any of my personal information. Here it is a month later and I have yet to get a refund or products that I have spent my hard earned money on. They have a website up and it looks professional but they are tricking people out of their money and not following through with what they advertise which is false advertisement. Please help me
