I ordered a package from these people and they were paid and have never received the product. The order was made mid of January. The Customer Service ([email protected]) does not respond to my e-mails.

They advertised some pots claiming they were overstocked and I ordered them and they claimed that they shipped it when I checked the tracking number it was delivered to Colorado and i contacted them and they said they would Re ship and now they will not respond to my emails at all. But still selling items on their site.

I ordered their cast iron set on January 1, 2923. I got occasional tracking notices, and got a delivery notice on February 3 2923. . I red that notice at 2:30 pm that my package was delivered at 3:53.. How would that be possible. I call the customer service number, which was in Chinese, they said press 8 for English, but it was DTILL in Chinese. Don’t know where my money is or where my package is. BIG SCAM. I should have known better, too good to be true.

I placed an order with Galaxq on Dec 19, 2022 and never received it. The tracking states my order was delivered to a city in New Jersey on January 5, 2023. I ordered a product online for $30. I was charged but I did not receive the merchandise. According to the tracking information, it was delivered but to the wrong state. I emailed them for a refund, they keep asking for the order number which I provided and did not hear from them again.

The ad said tv stand fireplace for $29. I emailed them to see the status of my order. They wanted my order number 5113. They have given me excuse after excuse as to why the item was not delivered. I asked them to deliver the item or refund my money. They have done neither.

Filpe company lists address warehouse as 2100 E 49th St, Vernon, CA 90058... My order # Order WDW-22121 My tracking # LV643721488CN / I checked tracking on my order...went from China - Hong Kong to Airlines Kaiyun to NY to CT to Puerto Rico where it says it was delivered to mailbox in Puerto Rico... I sent an email asking about it...with no response...they claim a 24 hour chatline...but no phone numbers and no connection was enabled from email so stating.... Very disappointed. 12-6 until 12-19 delivery updates were made.
