I ordered online for a Christmas tree. The website said it was an outlet for Balsam Hill trees. I did charge it on my credit card and they gave me information stating it was being shipped via Sprinter Delivery. Sprinter Delivery contacted me and stated that this is a scam and they have been using them falsely as a carrier and they have never dealt with them. I contacted my credit card company, they contacted the company and did not receive any response back. The credit card company did refund me my full amount back to my account. I have emailed "Amy" on numerous times from the company requesting to have my money refunded and continue to get it was delivered, here is the number, contact your local post office. I checked into the number I was given, it states it was never even sent out and the post office has no documentation stating they have even received the item. I have continued emailing "Amy" requesting a full refund and she said the most they will refund is 80 percent, which I have not accepted. Looking into it further, I have found more information that this is a complete per Malwaretips which was written after the fact (on November 11, 2023). I have kept all e-mails with them since the beginning but believe this should be reported so they can somehow be removed from the internet.
