Hi, Upon checking, your order has been shipped out and your package is in transit.
Tracking information as the screenshot below.
Normally, it takes around 7-12 working days for delivery.
Your patience will be highly appreciated.
Now it's showing delivered I never received anything and when I go back to the website I order it from I can't even find it
Where to report these guys!
Report This Scam to End It!
I bought from “Big Lots!”. Same logo. As soon as my credit card went through, it said the merchant was Luvef. That was shady, so I looked at my credit card, and it’s listed as Levef London 00000 GB.
I call the number on the “Big Lots!” site, and it instantly disconnects and said “User Unavailable”. That number was (949) 766-5063 out of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. I just called it again, and it says it has been disconnected.
I received an email from- [email protected] with my order information.
I tried to cancel my order by emailing the email on their website- [email protected] because I saw my card go through as Luvef, and knew something wasn’t right.
I get an email response from the email - [email protected] with my order information.
I reply to that email asking to cancel my order.
I received an email back from [email protected] Saying that my order went through. They keep trying to convince me that it’s coming. In a couple other emails.
I respond to that customersupport4 email asking them if it’s coming from big lots, why are they sending me tracking information from 17Track coming out of China?
I had to research 17 track to see if it was legit. “Big Lots!” Only sent me a link to that site, So I thought it was made up. I went into the 17 track site with that number that was listed up at the top, and it tells me the same shipping information. It does not tell me when it is expected, or who the carrier is now that it’s landed in the US.
I sent an email back to that customerservice4 email address asking For the tracking number, name of the carrier, as well as the date that it will be arriving now that it’s in the US. I have yet to hear back from my last two emails.
My credit card company won’t do anything, because “Big Lots!” Is responding to me, even though they admit that it does not sound real. They said that they will only act if I no longer hear from the company initially, or if I have no longer heard from them in a week. I had to cancel that credit card, and luckily I haven’t seen any further fraudulent charges.
I did just go back on their website to see if I could call that phone number again, but it is no longer listed. They do have a new email address listed- [email protected]. It doesn’t even say salebiglots. It says salebLglots, and what is .top?
I just tried that number that was listed before, and it says that the number has been disconnected.
Cuatomerservice4 is now coming back to me as undeliverable.
I’m so mad I fell for this, but the only hope I have, is that I can stop others from doing this. I did report this on Facebook marketplace as well, but I was noticing that it kept coming up anyway please report it there as well.
Please report it!
Big lots going out of business 90% off scam
I placed my order, but when I tried to call for more information, the phone number was out of service. I sent an email and received a reply stating that I should receive my order within two weeks. I replied to that email, but then I discovered that the domain name didn't exist.
This was a valuable lesson learned: I won’t order anything again unless I check everything out first. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
