Normally, it takes around 7-12 working days for delivery.

My attachment didn’t work.
Where to report these guys!

I was stupid and fell for this scam as well. The best thing that we can do from here on out is to help others. Report this! I posted a picture from a legit government site that advises what to do. Let’s stop these guys!
I bought from “Big Lots!”. Same logo. As soon as my credit card went through, it said the merchant was Luvef. That was shady, so I looked at my credit card, and it’s listed as Levef London 00000 GB.
I call the number on the “Big Lots!” site, and it instantly disconnects and said “User Unavailable”. That number was (949) 766-5063 out of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. I just called it again, and it says it has been disconnected.
I received an email from- [email protected] with my order information.
I tried to cancel my order by emailing the email on their website- [email protected] because I saw my card go through as Luvef, and knew something wasn’t right.
I get an email response from the email - [email protected] with my order information.
I reply to that email asking to cancel my order.
I received an email back from [email protected] Saying that my order went through. They keep trying to convince me that it’s coming. In a couple other emails.
I respond to that customersupport4 email asking them if it’s coming from big lots, why are they sending me tracking information from 17Track coming out of China?
I had to research 17 track to see if it was legit. “Big Lots!” Only sent me a link to that site, So I thought it was made up. I went into the 17 track site with that number that was listed up at the top, and it tells me the same shipping information. It does not tell me when it is expected, or who the carrier is now that it’s landed in the US.
I sent an email back to that customerservice4 email address asking For the tracking number, name of the carrier, as well as the date that it will be arriving now that it’s in the US. I have yet to hear back from my last two emails.
My credit card company won’t do anything, because “Big Lots!” Is responding to me, even though they admit that it does not sound real. They said that they will only act if I no longer hear from the company initially, or if I have no longer heard from them in a week. I had to cancel that credit card, and luckily I haven’t seen any further fraudulent charges.
I did just go back on their website to see if I could call that phone number again, but it is no longer listed. They do have a new email address listed- [email protected]. It doesn’t even say salebiglots. It says salebLglots, and what is .top?
I just tried that number that was listed before, and it says that the number has been disconnected.
Cuatomerservice4 is now coming back to me as undeliverable.
I’m so mad I fell for this, but the only hope I have, is that I can stop others from doing this. I did report this on Facebook marketplace as well, but I was noticing that it kept coming up anyway please report it there as well.
Please report it!

I noticed that Big Lots was going out of business in my neighborhood, so I thought the ad I saw on Facebook Marketplace was legitimate. It was for a Big Lots going-out-of-business sale, with everything at 90% off. I thought that was pretty neat, so I decided to shop the sale from home.

I placed my order, but when I tried to call for more information, the phone number was out of service. I sent an email and received a reply stating that I should receive my order within two weeks. I replied to that email, but then I discovered that the domain name didn't exist.

This was a valuable lesson learned: I won’t order anything again unless I check everything out first. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

I bought a lot of items from Facebook Market Place from Big Lots going out of business sale... no customer service number fake tracking number from China Post stating it's out for delivery for the past 3 days. They stole my money and I'm reporting to the police.

I ordered Tupperware as advertised as the company is bankkrupt and it indicated that it is a warehouse clearance sale. After payment, I immediately received confirmation of my order and was informed that I will be frequently informed of my order tracking. To my surprise the next email indicated a city in China. I received several emails and 2 days ago received a final one stating that the package was delivered at my address. Which was not the case. I emailed them but fid not get any response.

Same here, I bought a mini fridge Nov. 27th. And gave me a bunch of bull[censored] tracking info and said it got delivered on Dec. 22. After they said shipping only takes 7 days. Now they won't give me my money back. Saying it got delivered but they won't send me any proof of it

I ordered some items through was showed as BIGLOTS. Showed they were going out of business closeout sale. Went to check out and happened to use afterpay to pay for the items. Never got a confirmation email but it went through my afterpay and it showed a total different company name. Go to click on the website link and pops up a total different website then BIGLOTS and the website link on afterpay. Been dealing with afterpay trying to get my money back and getting a hold of the customer support email address it gives and nothing

I ordered a E-bike from what I thought was a "Costco website" and paid with my debit card and hadn't received any response after 5 days so I looked into it and come to find out the website was this place but had "Costco" WRITTEN ALL over it so I had trusted it? Well it's been 2weeks and I've received one email saying it was getting ready and they'd let me know when it ships? Why even email me back if their scammer's? All I know is it's been 3 week's and they got me for $58.98 on a "Electric-Hey bike 48v.

I ordered over $70 of Tupperware from this company and never received it and customer service has not been helpful by saying that the package was delivered to me. They also won’t tell me how it was shipped or any details making it impossible to track to see where the package is.
