I ordered custom prints in Dec. and have repeatedly emailed them for a status. I get emails back about a week later saying exactly the same message telling me to continue to respond to the same thread. I tried several different time and each message from someone else is the same. There isn't a phone number or physical address and of course no products.

Several individuals in TikTok got an ad about a picture that can be made into any drawing. We bought the picture from their website and they never delivered the product. They refuse to email us updates it's been over 3 months and we never heard anything from this company. More people are at risk of being scammed. We need to stop this immediately! They have a TikTok called "customifyme" please take this scam company down!
