Ordered 2 pictures, LED one never showed up, attempted to reach via email address no response, messaged their FB account and IG account. No response. Second item still hasnt been delivered and they are not responding

From an ad on Facebook, I saw this company advertising a blanket for grandmothers with the names and birth flowers of the grandchildren. They offered expedited shipping for an additional $14.99. I happily paid the extra due to the busy holiday season. My order was placed on December 13, 2023 and i received a confirmation email shortly after my order was placed. On December 18th, I received an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information. This email included a link to track my package. I gave it a few days before tracking the package. The link stated Yun Express had been sent the shipping info on Dec 14. I understood that many packages were potentially behind due yo volume around Christmas. I kept checking every day or so, but there was no updates. I emailed the company on 12/24/2023 because I still hadn't seen any updates. After Christmas, I tried using the tracking link, but received notification that the link was no longer valid. I started searching for additional contact information, but have had no luck othere than the 1 email address I had already used. I sent another email. Today, I tried again to use any of the links in my order and shipping emails, but no websites can be found. I'm filing a claim with the credit card company, not sure that they'll be able to do anything.

I am normally very cautious about things I order and where they're from. This is a great example of why I do my best to only buy locally.

Saw an ad for this great gift idea via social media. Seemed legit. Went to order and made a clerical mistake. Tried contacting the company re the mistake 4x in a row via email then finally via social media and never heard a word. Was ordering as a Christmas gift for family. Since I hadn't heard from them, I had to reorder the gift to fix the clerical error. So far nothing fraudulent on credit card but I will be notifying them. Went to track status and saw my order was stuck in mainland China. Not sure what to do or where to go from here.

Made a purchase on October 6th. Purchased 36 custom sweatshirts and hoodies for teachers. On October 15th, received an email saying my order had shipped. It was shipping YunExpress. First half of order arrived on October 27th. Second part of order arrived on October 29th. 2 items were damaged, 2 items were incorrect. I immediately contacted the company through their email (only means of communication). I sent an email with explicit details on all of the problems with the order and also included pictures.. Received a response from a Cecilia Keller on October 30th saying she would look into it. Asked for pictures. I sent more pictures and never heard back. I have sent multiple more emails to the company with no response. I have reached out on Instagram and Facebook with no response. I filed a claim with my credit card company. When looking up the information on the company none of the names, numbers, or addresses zip codes match-up to any information provided.
