Person, who knew my full name, claimed to be with Customs and Border Patrol and that they'd intercepted a package that was being shipped to my by Alex Dias from Mexico.

Caller identified himself as a customs and border agents. He said they had found a suspicious package with my name on it and the Texas border. He then asked if I was expecting any packages. I hung up at that point assuming it was a scam call
