Purchased "custom" gift on website. Provided a picture and details for customization. Company sent email confirmation but never provided shipping confirmation/tracking. Emailed company to follow up, response was I'd receive the product before Christmas, I ordered this the end of January. It is now 2/28 and I have still not received the product or heard from the company. Website only provides email address as method of contact.

Popped up as a Christmas add on instagram to customize gifts. I notci d several adds using the same Reported after I didn’t receive an email confirmation but instagram said legitimate site.
