I made a purchase on the website and within an hour or two realized it looked like a scam. The website states that an order can be cancelled for a full refund as long as the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of ordering and the order hasn’t been shipped yet. I emailed to cancel my order and have been told I shouldn’t have seen that policy on their website, my order has moved too quickly through their process to cancel, I’ll receive a tracking number after delivery, I can ask for a refund after delivery (their website states that custom orders cannot be returned or refunded), and offered a 5% refund for my inconvenience. I have stated multiple times I want to cancel and get a full refund as I am within the 24 hour window of ordering.
